The Agency receives Passenger's request upon which it checks availability of accommodation capacities with the Renter and sends information to the Passenger. If the Passenger accepts the terms and the price, the Agency makes a reservation for the chosen accommodation. After confirming the reservation, the Passenger is required to pay a deposit as a security instrument for the Renter, while the rest of the accommodation price is to be paid directly to the Renter. After receiving the deposit, the Agency will send written confirmation to the Passenger, depending on the chosen payment model. The Agency is obliged to conclude a cooperation agreement with all of its Renters and require all the documentation and licenses required for renting.

The Agency receives Passenger' request upon which it informs the Passenger on the transportation terms and price. If the Passenger accepts the terms and the price, the Agency arranges the transportation and sends all the information needed to the Passenger. If the transfer model is chosen, the driver or the Agency representative will receive the guests at the airport using a sign with Passengers' names and they will take the Passengers to the chosen vehicle. If the trip model is chosen, after the service reservation the driver will receive the Passengers and take them to the destination chosen, whereupon the voucher is to be shown to the driver. The Agency is required to use their own vehicles or the vehicles belonging to partners with whom the Agency has concluded a cooperation agreement. All the vehicles are of high quality, with an AC conditioner and required passenger transportation licenses. Agency representatives and drivers are professionals with years-long experience in tourism and transportation.

The Agency is responsible for all the information published on its web site: www.simply-adria.com. The Agency is required to handle the services provided and carefully and professionally choose service providers as well as to respect Passengers' rights and interests with due care and according to tourism  practice. The Agency is required to put on Passengers' disposal the program / promotion material and General terms and conditions in written or electronic form, as well as to provide all the services mentioned and to familiarize the Passengers with sources of information on the destination country.

The Passengers are obliged to have valid travel documents and complete their obligations toward the Agency and Renters in due time. Moreover, the Passengers are obliged to inform the Agency on any occurring change on time and to respect all the terms and conditions agreed upon.
